Our Support Packages

OnionSoft prides itself on providing excellent customer care through its comprehensive support service.

E-Support

An email based support service provided to all our Finance Plus customers free of charge for one calendar year following the product purchase, after which time it can be acquired for an additional cost.

 

If you would like to enquire about our E-Support package then please contact us:

Premium Support

A combined email and telephone support package (we call you on receiving an email support query) acquired for an additional cost.

This service is targeted towards customers requiring a faster response to their problem other than that provided by our e-support only service.

 

Customers on this Premium Support service are also entitled to free upgrades to newer versions of their Finance Plus product. Such releases may include new product features and enhancements.

Raise A Support Ticket

To provide an efficient service, all support queries must be submitted by email at eu_support@onionsoft.co.uk or by raising a ticket via our website.

 

Please note that our support hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (UK time)

 

Our SLA to response to your support equiry is within 24 hours
