Switching between ledgers is achieved with just a click of the mouse. Easily create additional reports or edit existing ones using Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports is widely regarded as an industry leading report writer. New reports created with Crystal can be imported into Finance Plus and either shared with other users or kept local only accessible to a specific user.

Versatile Data Import & Export

Designed from the outset as a multi-currency application, exchange rates are routinely downloaded from our server ensuring foreign currency transactions are automatically booked with the correct exchange rate. Our comprehensive audit trail facility details the ‘Original’ transaction amount, the exchange rate used for conversion and the resulting ‘Reporting’ amount.

Importing data is achieved from CSV data files. This facility dramatically reduces the time required to migrate data from your old accounting software to Finance Plus. It is also a key requirement for many organisations whose complexity means they have other applications that generate transactional information (for example an external billing or costing application). Data can be quickly and easily exported to a variety of file formats, or directly to applications (including MS Excel or MS Outlook). Supported file formats include HTML, CSV, Plain Text, XLS and PDF to name a few.

Confidential data is securely encryption before being stored.
